Claims handling and claims assessment in times of a (global) crisis were the focus of this webinar: current topics, important developments, practical experience and how legal protection insurers have to adapt and re-organise their claims management in the course of the covid-19 pandemic. Rebecca Conway, Chief Legal Officer at Arc Legal Assistance Ltd., explained how to adapt claims departments in these difficult times.
